    Why do you think you got banned?: No idea
    Ban message when attempting to log in: illegal and third party programs
    What GM banned you (optional):n/a

    I have recently made a trip to Canada from (US) to see my extended family, I was able to download royals here. I tried signing in today and the ban msg appeared :S I am confused, please help !
