Wanted to get some confirmation about stimulators. So aside from the 10% failure rate, does using a stimluator during creation have the same chance of having the godly system applied as picking it up, in other words 5%? If so would also appreciate any official confirmation towards the fact
Not sure where it confirms in the thread about stimulators being the same rate. But I guess it's implied that it is for the most part since there would be some mention of it somewhere if the rates are different. Well iI'll take that as the answer unless someone confirms otherwise. Thanks
