Character Name: GreyStorm Additional Information: equipped some store bought items for a level 32 mage.. I did use those items for several minutes before anything happened. It's possibly a ban (which i've appealed) but the guide in https://royals.ms/forum/threads/troubleshooting-guide.20556/#post-118395 says my problem is due to equipping a bugged item, so i am posting here as well. when I choose a channel to log in to It gives an error message or crashes the game.
Just to clarify, you crash when selecting a channel, and not when selecting a character? If so do you remember by chance which NX items you’ve purchased/equipped since your last login?
