    Issue: Crash when reaching character selection screen - Likely due to a character equipping a bugged item.
    Character Name: XiaoTomato
    Additional Information: This is the closest description under technical help sticky thread. Except the game client doesn't crash when reaching character selection. Even though I double clicked character, the page is stuck and the animation (character walking on the spot) is still ongoing. When I press back, I am not able to select the world. I'm running a Mac client.
