I was in the middle of setting up a shop and then MapleRoyals suddenly crashed. I log back on to find the items that I had put in the shop setup to be all gone, and I tried to open a new shop, but it says I already have one open but I don't. So I go to the NPC to see if I have any items to collect and I don't. How do I get my items back?
This is just a glitch that happens every once in a while where your shop is "set up" but not visible. Just wait 24 hours for your shop to reset. If you are unable to get your items back from Frederick in 24 hours, then make a new post in Character Issues.
