For all of my characters, after I try going inside the Cash Shop my client automatically crashes with the error message "Couldn't connect to the game server" (Or something similar) I even tried creating a brand new character and going into the Cash Shop with it, game crashed anyway.
The new character you made, is that on the same account as the others that crash immediately upon entering the Cash Shop? Have you tried making a new game account entirely to see if the issue still exists?
The character was on the same account. My friend tried going in the cash shop using his own computer with my account and he didn't crash.
