Solved [Solution Given] Crashing after PIC

IGN: Caie
Problem: Kept being disconnected after key-ing in my PIC on the character Caie. Able to enter the game before being disconnected.
I am able to access the character "Gonzales" on the same account and also other characters on different accounts. Only being disconnected trying to access Caie. Tried the solutions mentioned in the FAQ but to no avail
Details: Changed channel from channel 12 to channel 1 in fm and kept disconnecting afterwards.

Thanks for replying Sen. Yes I have updated my files. Able to login to other character in the same account / other accounts bar the character Caie

 

Do you remember if you had any recent cosmetic changes on Caie?

 

None that I made recently. I've only been coming on once a week to gacha on Caie due to school work.

 

And can you share the message you receive when you disconnect?

 

This is a recurring issue that I have seen from players (in particular players who are playing on an HP device), so please try the following solutions:

1. Reinstall the game files
2. Try the 800 x 600 client
3. Set your refresh rate to 60 Hz

If none of these solutions help, you can try searching/googling "MapleRoyals Error 2147" for more information.
