Crashing issue after update 80# and 80.1

Hi Admins ,

Im still facing an issue that starded from patch 80# and it continue to occur at patch 80.1 also.
Random crashing happened 3 time already after the 80.1 patch.

The crash shows the below black screen:

Thank you for the reply.

I am using .wz files.
The issue occur at random times while being active/afk , random maps, random pq's and random bosses.
I had a time that the issue occured twice, i was afk and a bishop was leeching for me. At the moment i have been lvled up, i got the mentioned crash. - this issue occured again after i have reconnected and got crashed again once i leveled.

Due that it happens on very random time its hard to find any similiarty between the causes.

Please let me know in casse you want me to alert once the issue occur on live so you could check maybe on the server logs. (In case the server has this kind of a logging feature)
Also, please let me know in case you want me to test some actions that you think they are nessecerry for the issue investigation/providing solution.

Never disconnect a single time since updated to 80.1 IMG file. Have been online since server time 1am until now.



Went to bossing, ch1 fm afk , random spot afk.

You might want to give IMG file a try.

A quick update:
I still didn't manage to download the IMG files.
In addition, the DCs less-often occur with the .wz files.

I will also try to download the IMG files and keep you all updated.
