Create HS mule or lvl up to 140? (I/L)

So, just got my first char to lvl 120 (Ice/Lightning).

I was wondering what you guys think is the best way to go forward - Create a HS mule and lvl him up ASAP, or w8 until i'm lvl 140 (with both Blizzard & MW) and then do it?

In general, this char is going to be a Leech mule to make money for a good Bowman (the real char i want to play).

 

Make hs mule you can start selling ulu1 and 2 leech much earlier than 140 on archmages
