If you create a party and invite some people to it, it seems as though the person who originally created the party cannot receive the buffs of the other people in the party. We tried haste, hyper body, and maple warrior. If you transfer the leadership of the party it does not change who can receive what buffs, the original person who created the party can still not receive the buffs.
