Crimson Balrog's card is supposed to give a boost to drop rate in Orbis/El Nath, but it doesn't give anything when you pick it up. This was on the ride from Ellinia to Orbis. I was hoping to try to farm some cards I was missing, and I saw that Crimson Balrog card would help. I got a card but never got the buff.
The ellinia to Orbis ship's mini map has Ellinia's icon, so it's considered a part of Ellinia and card effect disappeared immediately for not being in Orbis/Nath world map region. Now even if orbis -> ellinia's map is in Orbis region, you'll still lose it when you reach Ellinia (or lose it when you log off or die to respawn in Orbis), so their card effect seems to be a lost cause. Only way to get the effect is by spawning one with summon bag that summons lv 100 mobs (including crimson balrog). I suggest you make a feedback suggestion to change the card effect to include both Ellinia and Orbis/Nath to not lose the effect. Alternatively, kill Eliza or Snowman for the region's card (yes, it doesn't extend to the entirety of orbis or nath region but it's the best you got).
