Fixed Crystal Ilbi Forging Manual Does Not Stack

    All the singular manuals are cilbi forging manuals and the stack of 4 are SCG manuals. The cilbi manuals do not stack. Not sure if this is intended or not, but seems inconsistent at least.

    iirc, the other ones like Antellion Miter and Winkle doesn't stack either.

    So hope the bug can get fixed...

    and make SCG also don't stack.
