Duplicate crystal suddenly disappeared

    when i refine dex crystal ， but it suddenly disappeared.
    Total of 260 dex crystal.

    I suffered heavy losses. Will can fix it ?

    Which NPC did you refine the ores at? And do you remember what time this occurred, and the name of the character you were using? It could be the same as an already reported bug, but I just want to make sure.

    Additionally, if you want to be compensated for the issue, after you have provided more details of the bug, then please create a post in character issues.
