As we all know and have stated in the past we want new NX cash items from other versions to be added to the server. Now instead of just adding the items into the our server and just having GM's host events in order to get the NX items why not make exchange quest? It will support players to train at other places instead of the same old same old. For example gobis and squids were a popular training spot back in v32, Say if you collect 5000 of the gobis/squid etc drops you can talk to a NPC and get a random added NX cash item(with a decent amount of exp), It would be kind of like a gacha system. But there would be an exchange quest for every town which would be filled with random NX items(which would be different for every town no town would be the same) and also NX cash items that are currently in our server but unavailable to the community. You could also do other old popular training spots, for ex Vikings/Coolies/Phantom watches/Tauros/MDTS. This in general would make training have a more rewarding feeling than just leveling up and it would keep the game more long lasting. Or even we could do a possible chair exchange quest as well who knows... Post your thoughts below on what you guys think. FYI I know how to wz edit.
Yeah it sounds like an awesome idea and i really hope Matt and the Gm team will take this under consideration and then ofc, accept and implant
Could we get a possible update on the status of Custom Content such as wz edits BPQ and the return of Aquarium PQ(even though there was a wipe)?
The only update we can provide is that some staff members are in the process of learning how to WZ edit so we can do these "nifty" features and things you guys are looking for. ItsKC, how experienced are you with WZ editing? And would you be willing to help with WZ editing some of the things you discussed? If so, send me a PM and maybe we can chat on Skype
I'd say have A decent knowledge of wiz editing @john But I could still learn more but I'm willing to help out
I learned how to export and import files from other various servers. Back in 2009/2010 when I learned how to .wz edit, My job was to download JMS CMS and HKMS do some research and find item ID's for various NX cash items and Chairs and add them to our files. Yes I understand that was 3-4 years ago Ill be a little bit rusty but I still remember how to do it. Ill PM you my skype name and we can talk this weekend.
