GN: SmirnoffRed Problem: disconnect at Zak at ch 1 during the somewhat server crash. (4.05 PM AU time: 5:05 AM servertime) Details: Seems as though a few channels crashed for a split second and half the team disconnected. (still a few people inside.) Sorry I couldn't get a picture of my team because I thought it was just me having my own internet problems. was wondering if it was possible for some sort of refund, etc. Also would like to apologise for posting this in the wrong section in my first attempt as I posted it in bugs. ah, fair enough. it was only him and I who d/c'd. As I don't have a clearer screenshot of his ign/character, don't worry about it i guess. I've been refunded though?
If it's just him and you who disconnected, did the rest disconnect? If not, have they killed the Zakum?
yeah they did finish it, if i remember correctly the bishop and dark knight were the only ones able to continue when the crash happened
so theres no compensation at all? its not like it was just me and him, half the server crashed including other channels also. but if thats the case. fair.enough.
I acknowledged that the server was unstable at that point, but we don't ever refund for runs that have been completed. Normally, what players would do for refunds would be the entire team taking a screenshot together, showing ~servertime, and not completing the run (i.e. leaving the expedition). In your case, the rest of you party who didn't disconnect managed to complete the run successfully, despite the server being unstable.
