IGN: SSGC Problem: NX cards went to nowhere after entering CashShop Details: Just a few minutes ago (~servetime 09:40) I voted on the character/account and went into CS with NX cards in my inventory. The 2 events occurred at almost the same time while voting was a bit ahead of another. (server might actually have handled the voting after NX cards tho) The website showed my NX before voting was 147k and CS showed ~222k which should be the number of 147k + ~75k from NX cards (5k*11 + 1k*~20 + a handful of 250/100). After a while when I checked again both website and CS were showing 155k, meaning only the Vote NX (8k) took effect. And now the NX cards etc slots are left vacant with my NX of 155k which is supposed to be 147k + 8k + ~75k = ~230k.
So the date and time of the issue is 7th Sep, 0940 (UTC)? And you somehow lost about 75k NX upon voting + entering Cash Shop to redeem NX cards at the same time (confirming details before forwarding to Admins)
yes exactly! Although the exact minute was missing, I believe its within +-5 mins as I started composing this post (and wrote down the line of "~servetime 09:40") very soon after things happened.
