IGN: Timper & Baily (two separate accounts) Problem: Disconnection from login server Details: This is now the third time I am experiencing this problem, since the newest game patch where further security measurements have been added. My family has multiple houses and especially during summer (and other holidays) I tend to move around a lot (from my place, to my parents summer house and even to my girlfriends parents house), meaning opening the game from different IP addresses, which is my guess why I rather often get "temporarily banned" (or blocked from playing or whatever you may want to call it) for playing from a "new" IP address. I'm starting to get sick of this and therefore would like to ask you if there is any way of fixing this mess? What is happening is that I can log in, get past the character selection and typing my pic-code and then I get disconnected. I have tried shutting my computer down multiple times, re-installing the client and using different channels to log in, but nothing works. PLEASE HELP - my characters (accounts) have been "blocked" all day and I really want to play Additional Info: Some people from the forum shoutbox argued that I might have a, lets call it a "Mac bann" going on, where a GM needs to have a look at my mac address or something. However, I do not think this is the issue. I use a Mac and thus use Parrallels to launch windows in order to play MapleRoyals. I do not use any programs to alter my IP address. Is there a way to fix this from happening in the future? Is it a bug?
Update: I just created a new account to see if I actually could get online. Same thing happened to this account (IGN is xBank). I believe that my MacBook for some reason has been banned from playing? Can this be true??? PLEASE HELP
