Hey, when i log in to the game, choosing my character and entering the server, my game is closed with the message: “Disconnected from server” although when my friend tried to see if he get the same message when he logged in to my account to check if its problem on his side or in general, i successfully entering his account without the game closing. Anyone know what it might be? I tried reseting my router, restarting my pc, uninstalling and installing the game… nothing works.. I know I shouldn’t let him log in to my account but i just wanted to check if its problem from my side or in general

I dont own a vpn And yeah, we both started playing 3 days ago so we pretty new, we understood we did wrong by even checking that it works on his computer, after reading the rules again. Wont happen again. Thats why i edited the post to make it clear

That isn't the main issue Please ensure you have updated all of your login info to ensure your friend (or anyone else) no longer knows your login info Yes, he did it to help you with troubleshooting But if he login your account again for any malicious behaviors such as using it as a skill mule or transfer equips, both players involved would get a permanent ban You should always seek help from Staff instead of engaging in account sharing (even for troubleshooting purposes)
