I will randomly DC and when I go to start MS again It says I don't have permission to run this application even as admin. After a while it closes down the whole launcher saying its unavailable or corrupt. Even after re installing it fix's launcher but repeats the DC back to no permission and re install for a 2nd time. Any fix?
