Hello I play Mapleroyals using Wine on my Mac and I found that whenever I would attempt to kill Zakum, I would DC. Therefore, I installed a windows parallel on my mac, hoping to get the helm but I DC'd on my parallel aswell. Becoming incredibly fustrated, I borrowed a friends windows computer, installed mapleroyals and joined a Zakum party. However on the last stage of Zakum, there was a server wide DC, and I had to relogg, aswell as my other teammates, However, I did not know that I would be transported directly back into Zakum's lair and I promptly died as I did not have Magic Guard active. I am really quite angry now and ask if I could just get a Zakum helmet from a GM or at least some sort of compensation. I no longer have the will to attempt zakum for fear of DCing. Apologies for being angry its just because i've been up for several days trying to get this helm. Thank you
