Hey, My friend was playing the game for a while and everything was fine. After the server check, he gets dc after a several minutes he is in the game, he tried to download the game and reinstalling it but nothing seems to help. He tried to use the troubleshooting guide and it said to open a ticket here so I am doing this for him. The error he gets is: "you have been disconnected from the login server please try again later".
