DC right after I select a character.

    Hello I just created new account and character in MapleRoyals and everytime I select a character I'm getting DC...
    I tried all the steps that were explained at the sticky thread above nothing works.
    Can you help me?
    This is what it shows:

    I don't understand! I've never played this server before!
    What kind of ban do I have? MAC? IP? it is not possible
