DC to login screen

    Problem :    DC to login screen by clicking 2 times or when changing ch

    Details :     It has been going to one week. SOMETIMES it happens when I click two times to choose the character and CONSTANTLY to change ch

    PS : already deactivated antivirus, firewall, dns cleaned and installed the game

    If you're able to actually get in game, then this sounds more like an issue with your internet/network than a game issue.
    Try running a speedtest at www.speedtest.net and see what your speeds are like, if you have a high ping, etc.
    I'm going to move this to Technical support to see if any of the other members can help you out too.
