dc when choosing character

I can't get into the game at all because once i select which character to log in with, my game freezes and just gives me this
i logged in yesterday just fine
tried running with different compatibility settings

 

I'm getting the same problem, Any solution ?

 

Sounds like it could be a MAC ban, which requires an admin's touch. I would suggest making a ban appeal as it is sometimes random & they can help you out.

it worked like normal the next day, i didnt do anything differnt and i dont have a mac
