It sounds like you might not have installed properly, can you please delete all of the files and do a full install and report back if it's still happening I don't know which type of files you are using (img or wz) but I find wz causes a lot of random crashes. I've been using img since CNY's dc disaster and I haven't had any issues and those I recommended trying out img files solved their random dc issues completely. I find people still using windows xp/win7 or lower, and using potato pc's typically do better on wz than those with good pc's and windows 10, and img files are usually better for better pc's in my experience but each computer/laptop is different it's best to download both WZ and IMG (just make 2 separate folders so they don't get mixed together) and test it out until it works.
It looks correct. And you are opening the game with the MapleRoyals.exe inside that folder? The only other suggestion I have is to delete the Data folder and try reinstalling again.
i open the app inside the folder and tried reinstalling rms/restarting pc/changing refresh rate but still no work.
