I am not sure to be honest. I've seen people get into smega fights over this, where the buyer DCed in split leech and ran their time out while the leecher finished the session with the other partner. The seller thought it was the buyer's responsibility to make sure that if they do DC, then they should relog as soon as possible, while the buyer thought that the seller should have waited or reimbursed them. I don't think your seller is technically under any obligation to finish the leech or return payment for the work they didn't do. Probably the best outcome is if you could remember the seller's IGN (or they respond to your post here) and pm them in game to resolve the issue. If your agreement was for many hours and a substantial sum of money was paid (more than what 1.5-2h would cost), then your fate will probably be decided by whether or not they care (unfortunately). If you do feel particularly wronged, you could always submit your case to the community blacklist. I believe you need to have taken screenshots for that however. In general, it is best to take screenshots of these kinds of agreements in case of problems that may arise, such as this.
