Hey I recently started farming deadmine 2 for teeth on my dark knight and got some questions. What is the best map rotation, I've been doing clockwise and seems to work OK but is there a better method? Also, what do i do about equip drops, I fill up quite fast, is there a efficient way of getting to an NPC to vendor? I thought i could town scroll back and then telerock in and still make profit even after the stone cost but you cant warp back to deadmine 2. Is it even worth it to vendor the equips or would it be more efficient to just keep farming the teeth? Also while I'm asking what are current prices for a stack of teeth, a gold tooth, and dex crystal ore. Also, what attack kandivas are worth keeping? 82+? Thanks.
