Nor I can explain the situation, nor I cant reply to thread before it's get closed. Please MapleRoyals staff assist me on this situation.
What do you want this other staff member to do? It's been proven the offenses occurred from the exact computer you were/are playing on and is why we do not believe the ban to be in error.
He also accuses of me knowing that the guy was a hacker... But as I said multiple times, neither me nor my gf knew the guy. I wish i knew more about ip adresses but i dont. How could this end our maple journey is a mystery to us. So could you please investigate it to the tiny loop holes that might of accured. PLEASE
Whoever this was, used the exact same computer as you and your girlfriend, the IP address as well as the MAC address are the exact same between your accounts and the hacker's.
I have double-checked and all 3 accounts - Jofu's, Defender's and Petty's - were last logged in at the same time from the same ip and the same computer. I really don't see how this ban can be in error. Please note: these are the ONLY accounts that have ever logged in from that computer.
