Hi there. There are no issues with your accounts but the IP address you're connecting with is a banned IP address. If restarting your router continues to give you the same IP address instead of a different one, you might need to give your Internet Service Provider (ISP) a call as you probably have a static IP address assigned to you.
Is it not possible to unban an IP address once it has been blocked? Is there a reason why a specific PC or device cannot be banned directly instead of using IP-based restrictions? Why do services ban IP addresses associated with an ISP, even though those IPs may be reused or shared among multiple users? I would appreciate it if you could provide more information on how this process works.
Your IP address is still the same. You will need to call your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to get them to provide you with a new IP address as it appears that you have a static IP address (does not change when you restart your router).
