    Why do you think you got banned?: idk. I stopped playing a long time ago
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "this is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection"
    What GM banned you (optional): idk?

    Sorry for the lack of information.but I stopped playing Mapleroyals a long time ago (I don't even remember when) and I don't remember them.
    As I wrote. I haven't played on this server for a long time but I decided to go back to mapleroyals because of nostalgia.
    I received this message when logging into the game "this is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection".
    Today I created a second account to check if it was some kind of error on my part, but I can log in there normally.

    I found your account, but unfortunately, in the time you have been away, a hacker managed to get into your account, and the account was banned to prevent further damage.

    You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here:

    https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login

    We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
