In sep 8 . 2017 Tim repplied。i saw there are many lv 50 characters。so i was aware of my internet friends cheated me,he not tell me he multiple voting。in that moment，i thought，that all his accouts should be ban。it is very common。
and the appeal was closed。 so i did not reply TIM question 。I hardly log on the forum，i dont know one game account match one forum account in 2017. I am very sorry。
