I have forwarded yours and your brother’s appeal over to our admins to review. They will be able to make the final decision about the ban outcome. They will reply on each of your appeals when they are able to.
even with a whitelist your voting behavior (voting every day for all 3 of your accounts) isnt allowed your brother is doing the same thing on his two accounts too.
