    Hello.
    I haven't played mapleroyals for over 7 or 8 year.
    recently find my email and account
    Now I try log in and to connect to my account and I get a letter that this ID has been deleted or blocked.
    What should I do to use my account ? I don't remember the characters name.

    This is the character I used to play. I remember the username and password, but I didn’t need to enter the PIN and PIC before.
