Not Bug Deputy Star Bounty Hunter Bug?

    I submitted all 4 required items and completed all the quests. However, the deputy star quest didn't pop up and give me a deputy star. I submitted 30 soiled rags, 30 lucky charms, jack o lantern, and big foot toe. Isn't this supposed to be a repeatable quest? My friend AndrewTom and I wasted hours doing this to get him a deputy star but we didn't get anything.

    You don't get a 2nd deputy star after the first one you get

    The quests are repeatable but mainly for exp/quest medals
