All Your Character Names: I have no idea, I haven't logged in for many years and the next thing I know I'm banned? My characters are all named like Yaki, YakiSenpai.... I wish I could tell you but I can't log in!
Last thing you did: I havent played in many years so I have absolutely no idea.
Why do you think you got banned?: I genuinely have no idea.
Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection."

I had many characters and lots of equips, i just havent logged in for many years now. I'm surprised I got banned. I've never cheated EVER in my entire lifetime, never even used 3rd party tools even back then. So why the ban? It has to be some mistake.

Is it because I'm running Royals on a virtual machine? If so, why are we not allowed to run it on a VM? I rather not take any chances.

EDIT : In my last messages from a few years ago I seemed to have a similar problem! I've changed locations, changed modems, routers, computers... what's going on?

You are not banned. It appears you may be connecting from a previously banned IP. You will need to change your IP to connect again.

I have since changed where I live, change modems, changed routers, changed computers... I also reset this new modem many times. I really don't know what else to do.

I’m not seeing anything on our end that would stop you from connecting except being connected to a previously banned IP. It doesn’t appear you use a VPN, but if you do that could be the cause as well.

I’ll forward your info to our admins to look into on their side.

perhaps you have additional MAC addresses active from software you have installed (vpns, hardware accelerators, hamachi, exitlag etc) that are blocked. you could look into that on your pc or vm and disable those
