    Last thing you did: Logged on, pressed R and G to see who's online, then logged off.
    Why do you think you got banned?: If I did get banned, I wouldn't know why.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again." Is this a ban message?
    What GM banned you (optional): I don't know any GMs.

    Can you explain why there are multiple votes coming from you on different accounts at the same day?

    it is stated in the terms and conditions which you agreed to upon signing an account at mapleroyals. you were voting on 5 accounts, unfortunately thats warrants in a permanent ban for major vote abuse

    My bad for not reading the terms and conditions. I was so excited to play Maplestory again, and I'm sure that I wasn't the only one.

    However, I only vote on 2 accounts. I don't even own 5 accounts. As there must have been some misunderstanding, I believe that a permanent ban is unfair.

    all 5 of your accounts have the same email and date of birth, they share similar login IDs, arel ogged in from the same computer as well.

    I have only ever voted on 2 accounts in one day. Didn't even remember my fifth account while writing my last post as it was a ~lv6 char that has never voted before.

    you still got 4 accounts that you voted on daily and that had lvl 50 and higher characters.

    you have been double voting for months though. not knowing the rules you agreed with upon account creation is no excuse.

    1. Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours. Punishment: First offense - 14 day ban, Second offense - Permanent ban.
    I have now read the T&C and, with reference to the above section, fully accept serving the 14 day sentence.

    unfortunately you will have to accept your permanent punishment as in your case you've been voting for two accounts for over two months which we consider major vote abuse

    Citing the decision in this thread as precedent, I believe that my infraction is considered a first offense and should be punished as so. A first offense is defined as the first time one's been charged with a particular offense.

    right, their abuse was indeed not severe enough to permanently ban them, however yours was as I explained before since you have been vote abusing for a much longer time than the person you're comparing yourself to.

    Since details for "major vote abuse" is nowhere to be found in the T&C, I believe that using your own discretion to establish this "much longer period of time" judgment is flawed.

    Not really, but more of your abuse was deemed too severe as compared to others. Not sure what else we can say, but being passive-aggresive aren't going to change our decision.

    Locking this up as I foresee your future responses would just be for flaming purposes.
