Closed Didn't/ Can't get Event ring

    Problem: didn't get event ring after exchanging 40+ presents.
    Details: I have turned in more than 40 presents on both my mage and drk but I have not received the ring. (I don't possess one already)
    I believe I turned in 40~41th present before the scripts for the ring got fixed. Can I please get the rings refunded for both my characters?
