About a week ago there was a server reset and I didn't get the NX I was supposed to 8knx. Also today I accidently voted to a wrong account named "mapleroyals" for UPS -_-.
You need to report you lost NX hours within a few hours of it occurring. Additionally, it does say quite clearly to enter in your username/account name for voting purposes so I'm afraid I cannot refund you any NX.
Like you said, that was a week ago. You need to report something like this at most a couple hours after you vote and did not receive NX
