Not Bug didnt not receive item after trade

    hi gm

    i didnt receive the item from one of the player called airplanes. the server freezed RIGHT AFTER (1SEC) we made the trade and then server check (again).
    i did not have any screen shot because it happens too fast. what can i do to get back the items?? please help
    items : BVM and some materials
