You maxed out all your first job skills, using up 104 SP while you only get 61 for first job. This means you used 104 - 61 = 43 SP too much. 43 + 6 makes 49. To reset those SP points from 1st job into second job you need to buy 43 2nd job SP resets from the cash shop. EDIT: at the end of 2nd job when you don't put points Final attack (which you should not put points in) you'll have 11 SP leftover to use on 1st job, meaning you only need to reset 32 points.
