IGN: ooga Problem: Ryko Chair disappeared Details: Hi, two days ago i had my Ryko Chair (i remember vividly using it in Cutlet's giveaway on ch6 henesys), and now it's gone from my inventory. i'm certain i didn't drop/sell it, so help would be appreciated chair was originally obtained from chair-gacha. the same thing happened to me a few years ago with my Giant Ducky Chair, and the issue was solved. thanks for all your hard work, waiting for your reply
Do you remember the last date and time (UTC) of having the chair? Also checked other characters inventory + storage?
last time i remember having the chair was around 3 am at the 20th (servertime), at Cutlet's giveaway in ch6 henesys park. i used it to show off and that sin of pride cost me dearly checked storage + all other chrs, no Ryko was found idk if it's relevant but i haven't logged in a ages previous to that time

I've checked what I can, but an item such as Ryko Chair isn't something we currently track every single movement of, so unfortunately I'm unable to tell you what has happened to the item. I can see that you did have this chair in our DB backup from the last Server Check, and you also did not sell this chair in a merchant/store since then, and the chair is not on any of your characters or in storage or Fredrick. This leaves possible scenarios such as accidental dropping or accidental selling to NPC. As far as we are aware, there is no situation (outside of the current Golden Zakum Helmet issue) where a regular non-cash item should disappear randomly. Because there are no known issues regarding regular non-cash items disappearing, we are unfortunately unable to refund your chair at this time.
wow that's sad kind of a weird coincidence that an item would disappear on my first log in over a year and the cause isn't a bug thank you both for looking into it ((
Hey, just a minute ago i used my Ghost Ship Chair by double clicking on it and it was dropped. after picking it up i tried repeating the phenomenon so i can vid the bug, but it doesn't happen again. please check it, i don't think it's a misclick on my part but i could be wrong. Toodle-oo
