I logged in recently and my gear disappeared (I'm sure i had 16Att bfc and not sure about those: 17 scg, 12fs). I have never shared my account username and password with anyone. Unfortunately, we are not issuing any refunds for lost items due to unauthorized access to an account at this time. The only known issues to have occurred are credential stuffing attacks which have been mitigated in numerous ways. We suggest you change your account information, and use different information across different platforms.
