Closed Disappeared Pet after trade

    Problem: Disappeared Pet
    Details: Hi, I didn't know that pet couldn't be traded. So what i did was buy a pet from cash shop and traded it to my mule account. I traded pet with 2 other eq. So what happened was i could do a trade to my mule account and right after i click on trade on both accounts it got stuck it didn't say fail or success for a minute. So i just clicked cancel. Then all 3 items are gone (2 eq n pet). After a minute or so my mule account auto disconnected. After i login back in the other 2 eq was there but the pet has disappeared. It's not in either of my accounts. Please let me know if more details are needed. Thank you.

    Only the pet went missing the NX equip is there, the name of the missing pet is baby nero.
