Closed Disappearing Maple Party Hat

    Problem: Maple Party Hat disappeared
    Details: I bought the NX Hat by exchanging the event candles a few hours ago and logged off of my character for a bit afterwards. I had the hat equipped and upon logging back into my character just now the hat disappeared and it's neither in my inventory nor my cash storage. Could someone please help me figure out what happened or help me get refunded? Thanks!
