Hello, I had a Green Tie Casual Suit (Male) associated with my singular character. I signed on and it was no longer equipped, nor in my inventory. I did not change my equipment or incur any specific action that I think would have incurred this. Would it be possible to redistribute the item to my account? Thank you.
To follow up, I'm pretty sure this happened because the name of the item actually changed in the cash shop. It is now only called "Green Tie Casual Suit". I don't know how this game stores items, but if it's related to its actual string value, then that could cause my item to disappear from my inventory.
