Duplicate Disbanding guild

    Well my character WandJob, has a guild named KoolKidsKlan in which he is master, i would like to know if its possible to disband it for me, as i've ran into orbis to the guild npc, and he says only a leader can disband a guild..

    The guild npc isn't working at all
    You have to wait for them to fix it
