Solved [Solution Given] Disconnect During Zakum(Server fully shut off unexpectedly)

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is still a thing, but are boss rewarps still a thing? I know this was more of an Old Source thing, but if possible, on 5/28/23 at 2:39 I was duoing with a guildmate (gamingrandpa, my IGN is MeatGrinder) when the servers suddenly crashed for everyone. Unfortunately I don't have a picture of proof, only the time of when the run was happening. We were 50% into B2 of Zakum. If rewarps aren't a thing, then I understand and you can let me know. I appreciate the help and hope to hear an answer soon.

The general policy is that rewarps are offered for server-wide issues. In any case, you should post in the Character Issues section and staff will let you know.

 

Thank you Sen, I'll post there. Been a long time since I used the forums for reports. This did appear to be a server-wide issue, but I'll be sure to post there and leave this thread as is.

 

Matt has confirmed on shoutbox that staff will offer boss rewarps so definitely go ahead and post there!
