Dear Mapleroyals support team! I have an issue, which the title of this thread pretty much covers. Whenever I log in, I disconnect and the game crashes more or less immediatly. I get to see my character and whereabouts for about 1 second before it crash'. This didn't happen right away, it started right when I took a cab ride to Henesys, and since then, I haven't been able to play. Another thing I was wondering, completly unrelated to the above issue, is whether or not it is possible to retrieve the 4 numbered pin. I have an old account as well, but either I've been hacked, or I've used another pin than the one I use for everything when I created the account. No matter what, I was wondering if such a retrieval would be possible? ~Sincerely Halde
