I am fine for ch1-10. Whenever I chose ch11-20 during login page, i stuck at choosing character after entering PIC and disconnect back to id&password page. I also disconnect when i change channel in game to ch11-20. I'm also unable to enter cash shop. it black screen few seconds and then push me back to login page.
