hiya. i'm a returning player and have recently been unable to log into the game. when i try to enter the world the window goes black and crashes to desktop with the "disconnected from login server" error.

some potentially helpful things for troubleshooting:
    • i'm running windows 10.
    • i've been able to log in to mapleroyals before using the same modem and router setup i have now.
    • i do not use any vpn. HOWEVER, i do have a large amount of sites blocked in my hosts.txt file. it's the only thing i can think of that would potentially be the issue. (edit: just checked. this doesn't seem to be the issue.)
    • i use windows defender and have added the mapleroyals folder to exceptions.
    • i have uninstalled and reinstalled mapleroyals and had no success.
    • i have tried changing my MAC address to a different address. there's no indication from the program i used to do so that the original MAC address is broken or corrupt though.

figured out that it's a combo of not having it in my firewall and also having royals installed in two places for some reason. -.-'

    this is solved now
